Refund policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only. To initiate a return, email almazafinejewelry@gmail.com by midnight Eastern Time on the 7th day after delivery, then call (859) 785-1970 to confirm receipt of your request. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by a receipt. We will coordinate with you on when to send your return to ensure we are available to receive it. Returns can be made in-store with valid ID and receipt, or mailed next day air with insurance, tracking, and signature required. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and store credit never expires.
